Fletcher Camara (he/they)

This is Fletcher, originally from Rhode Island, who studies at Eckerd College.  He is a psychology major with a minor in animal studies. His future career will hopefully be in the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. He chose to participate in this lab because he found it interesting and wanted research experience. For this project, he has helped research related studies about bisexual prejudice and which statistical measurements they used or developed. 

Joy Ebert (she/her)

Joy is originally from Kentucky, pursuing her education at Eckerd College. With a major in psychology and a minor in environmental studies, Joy hopes that in the future she will be researching adolescent and teen development. She felt that this lab was an important opportunity in her foundation of psychological research. In the lab, she has helped coordinate and design The SCIP Lab website.

Lucy Galvin (she/her)

This is Lucy, originally from Maryland, who is earning her degree at Eckerd College. Her major is in Psychology with a minor in Human Development. Her future career will likely be in the field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Lucy joined the lab to get experience with the process of conducting psychological research. For this project, she has helped in working with the BioPac system and becoming familiar with its functioning.  

Kristen Hamann (she/her)

Kristen is from Orlando, FL, and took her studies up at Eckerd College. She is double majoring in both Psychology and Animal Studies. Kristen's future career will probably be in the field of animal welfare and husbandry as she hopes to work in a zoo or aquarium. She also hopes to do research on animal behavior and cognition. Kristen joined this lab because she wanted experience conducting research, especially within the field of psychology. In the lab, she has helped get a better understanding of the BioPac machine alongside with Lucy Galvin. 

Ruby Pasque (she/her)

Ruby is from Melbourne, FL pursuing her psychology degree at Eckerd College. Her ideal future career would be teaching as a Professor. Ruby chose to participate in this lab because she wanted to get practice doing research and get a head start on her goal of attending graduate school. In the lab, Ruby helps with the literature review and measurement.
